The 6500IV adds induction vanes to our classic 6500 louvered face pattern ceiling diffuser, creating counter-flowing jets of primary air that promote more rapid mixing and a reduction in throw, increased induction rates. Result? Superior comfort.

Nailor's new diffuser for raised floor air distribution systems. A low velocity swirl discharge pattern produces high room air induction rates and superior occupant comfort. The NFD incorporates several industry first features in response to North American and European demand. These include minimal operating pressure, low profile design for the tightest spaces, visual open/closed indicator with built-in end stops and unique adjustable mounting clamps for simple yet secure installation from above without the need to remove floor panel.

Horizontal plus vertical airflow projection optimizes comfort at exceedingly lower NC levers. The stamped square face lay-in design, for T-bar ceiling systems and round neck connection permits the use of flexible duct for a low cost installation.

The 1220 Airfoil Combination Fire/Smoke Damper

The unique Double Skin blade design recently passed the UL 555 fire test both horizontal and vertical in single section size for a 3 hour rating and a multi-section vertical size of 144" x 96" for a 1 1/2 hour rating. This is the largest size in the industry and does not require any reinforcing mullions.
The unique inter-locking blade design maintains a complete flame seal throughout the fire test unlike most other blade designs that can separate up to 3/4" during the fire test allowing hot gases and flames to enter the duct system.
The damper is available with Class I leakage at 350 ° F degradation temp and certified pressure drop performance. This is the damper that others will try to emulate.

The addition of the 4330 to our range of perforated diffusers provides the design engineer with a premium quality architectural option for this popular style of diffuser. The 4330 features extruded aluminum construction and a mitered frame that encapsulates the removable perforated face, providing a narrow visible border within the T-Bar module for lay-in applications. Pattern deflectors permit a 1,2,3 or 4-way discharge-setting. Round or square neck options.
